The Founder and Owner of Equine Expressions, has been riding horses since 5 years of age and began breeding and showing Arabian horses in 2003. Became EAGALA Certified as an Equine Specialist in 2013 and Military Designated in 2015. Equine Expressions has provided programs for Veterans since 2015. Member of EAGALA and Founding Member of Arenas for Change.​​​​​

Licensed Clinical Social Worker 45+ years of clinical work. Developed and Provided
Equine Assisted Programs since 2008 for teens and adults struggling with depression, loss, anxiety, life adjustment and active military, veterans and victims of trauma. Co-wrote and co-facilitated the Man O War program manual (mowproject.org). Provider of Equine Assisted programs for staff development for clinicians. Co-wrote and provided “The First Patient” program, An Equine Assisted mandatory class for first year Touro Medical Students to improve provider / patient relations, for the past 11 years.

​Started riding horses at 7 years of age, growing up in Finland. Has been working with horses since the age of 18 in all aspects of the horse world, starting from basic barn work to teaching riding, training, showing etc. Now focusing on building strong, balanced partnerships between the equine and human. Starting from the ground up into under saddle work, helping the horse & rider find their balance and alignment together.​
